Refund Policy

All of our shared boxes are covered by a 7 day pro-rated refund policy explained in detail in this article.

You can order any of the shared  boxes and use it as a test, you can cancel it within the first 7 days and we will refund your money. All refunds are issued pro-rata and based on what you have used, we will bill you only for the traffic used. Each TB of Bandwidth costs 3€. 

You buy the Small plan for 14.95€ and you consume 1TB of Bandwidth during the first 3 days of creation. in the example, If you ask for a refund we will refund you 11.95€ minus the transaction fees not returned to us by Payment Processors (Paypal, Crypto Network Fees, Card fees ).

To ask for a refund,  please create a support ticket with such a request. Your box will be cancelled as soon as we receive your request and then your money will be refunded back.

Refund policy applies to new orders only. That said, subscription renewals are not covered by this refund policy.

If one client has already one refund fulfilled in the past, then every other refund request will only be executed through our own credit system for future use.

0,30€ amount paid for shared boxes trials are not covered by our Refund Policy.

Our dedicated boxes first month payment includes a 49.95€ non refundable setup fee.

That said, within the first 7 days box creation, a client may cancel it and will get the amount of money initially paid minus the 49.95€ setup fee, minus the data used for upload (3€ per ΤΒ), minus the transaction fees not returned to us by Payment Processors (Paypal, Crypto Network Fees, Card fees ).

Let's say you get a 3 month XL8 dedicated server for which you will initially pay 269.85€ and you consume 1TB of Bandwidth during the first 3 days of creation. In this example, we will refund you 216,9 € minus the transaction fees not returned to us by Payment Processors (Paypal, Crypto Network Fees, Card fees ).
